நாம் நம்மைப் போலவே இன்னொரு உயிரை உருவாக்கவே
கடவுள்,
நமக்கு காம உணர்ச்சியைக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்.

அதன் மீது அளவற்ற ஆர்வம் வரும்விதமாக நமது மனதை
வடிவமைத்திருக்கிறார்.

காம ஆசைகளை முழுமையாக அனுபவிக்காமல்
or
அதை முழுமையாக கடக்காமல் ஒருபோதும் ஆன்மீக வாழ்க்கையில் நுழைய
முடியாது;(ஆனால்,ஆன்மீக
வாழ்க்கையில் முன்னேறியது போல நடிக்கலாம்;
நம்மை நாமே ஏமாற்றிக்கொள்ளலாம்)

எப்போது நம் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் காம சக்தியை ஆன்மீக சக்தியாக

அப்போதுதான் நாம் ஆன்மீக மலர்ச்சியை நமது மனத்தால் அடைவோம் என்பது
அனுபவ உண்மை!

நாம் ஆரோக்கியமாக வாழமுடியும்.

இதை நாம் எந்த அளவுக்கு அளவாகப் பயன்படுத்துகிறோமோ,
அந்த அளவுக்கு நமது உடல்நலம் சிறக்கும்;
அதன் மூலமாக நமது மனநலமும் சிறப்பாக இருக்கும்;

மன நலம் சிறப்பாக இருப்பின்,நமது
குடும்ப நலமும் வலிமையாக இருக்கும்;

குடும்ப நலம் சிறப்பாகஇருந்தால்,
நமது வெளித் தொடர்புகளான பிற குடும்பங்களுடனான உறவுகள் சிறப்பாக
மிளிரும்.

இப்படியே சங்கிலித் தொடராக வளர்ந்து நமது நாட்டின் நலனும் உயரும்.
அளவுக்கு மீறி நமது உடலைப் பாதுகாத்து வரும் வெள்ளை அணுக்களை
வீணாக்கினால்,
முதலில் ஞாபக மறதி வரத்துவங்கும்;
அத்துடன் அடிக்கடி வறட்டு இருமலும் உண்டாகும்

இது நமக்கு மறைமுகமாக நமது உடலின் பாதுகாப்பு அமைப்பு விடும்
எச்சரிக்கை ஆகும்

மேலும் நமது உடலின் ஆதாரசக்தியான இந்த வெள்ளை அணுக்களில் தான் நாம்
ஜபிக்கும் எந்த ஒரு மந்திரஜபமும் சேமிப்பாகி வருகிறது.

உதாரணமாக நீங்கள் ஒரு நாளுக்கு ஒரு மணி நேரம்(அல்லது

நிமிடம்) ஜபித்துவருகிறீர்கள் எனில்,
அந்த மந்திரஜபத்தின் சக்தியானது இந்த வெள்ளை அணுக்களில்
சேமிப்பாகிவரும்;

இந்த சேமிப்பு அளவுக்கு மீறும்போதுதான் நமது ஜாதகப்படி இருக்கும்
தோஷங்கள்,
நவக்கிரகங்களில் ஏற்படும் தடைகள் அனைத்தும் நீங்கத் துவங்கும்.

அப்பேர்ப்பட்ட வெள்ளை அணுக்களை அளவுக்கு மீறி வீணடித்தால் நாம்
ஜபிக்கும் மந்திரஜபத்தின் சக்தியும் நமக்குள் செயல்படமுடியாமல்
போய்விடும்.

இங்கு சொல்லப்பட்டுள்ள இந்த தகவல் பல ஆண்டுகளாக நமது ஆன்மீக
பாரம்பரியத்தில் சித்தர்கள் அனைவரும் ஆராய்ந்து கண்டுபிடித்த
வியக்கத்தக்க உண்மை ஆகும்.

உடல்நலம் பேணுவோம்,
அளவற்ற தெய்வீக சக்திகளைப் பெறுவோம்;
இதைத்தான் திருமூலர்

gave us the libido to create another life like us.
3. Our
mind (and body) are encoded to respond to such libido.
4. We
cannot go into the spiritual life, without first enjoying the
sexual experiences in fullness. We can pretend as having made
progress in the spiritual pursuit. We fool ourselves.
5. The
blossoming of spiritual power is felt by the mind when sexuality
transmutes into spirituality. That is the experiential truth.
6. In
this, the secret of the divine besides the physiological
processes are implied.
7. The
food we eat becomes Vindhu (Seminal Fluid) in 70 days.
8. This
Vindhu is extant in the females too.
9. The
bones in the body harbor the manufacturing factories for the
production of Vindhu. If we use this Vindhu in a limited
fashion, we can live in health.
(Vindhu [Semen = Sukkilam] is manufactured by the testes
in the male, and not by the bone marrow. The bone marrow makes
the White Corpuscles to fight infections. The White Corpuscles
have nothing to do with Sukkilam.) White
Copuscle is a misnomer for semen.

We can perform and accomplish our work with skill. We can
live all our lives with no joint pains.

These White Corpuscles give the body its weight. (A
questionable proposition.)

These white corpuscles destroy the bacteria that cause
illness in our body. (White corpuscles have nothing to do with
Sukkilam or Vital fluid of the male fertilizing the ovum of the
female.)

By killing these bacteria, the breakdown products come
out in the urine.

It gives Tejas (splendor) to our face. It safeguards the
youthfulness.

Besides our health, we look like a million bucks.

The ancient Hindu terminology for the Vindhu is Sukkilam
or Surōṇitham (Spermatozoa with fluid).
(Yogis view on conserving Vital Fluid or Sukkilam.
Further elaboration of bliss. Tantra says that
purification of soul begins by accepting the existence of these
desires. Once they are accepted and practiced within the social
norms, one by one they must be transmuted or sublimated and
eventually eliminated from one's life, if one wants union with
the Supreme. Nada (thrill) enjoyed by sexual union is the
earthly counterpart of beatitude or Bliss. One needs to supplant
the earthly pleasure with spiritual Bliss. By sublimating and
conserving sexual energy, it is said that the vital fluid rises
to Sahasrara, becomes Soma, the nectar of immortality and
spreads through the lymphatic system eventually finding its way
to the brain where it becomes Ojas and Tejas (Vigor and
splendor), which are essential for obtaining Superconsciousness.
This ascent of conserved energy is called
Urdhvaretas.
The message is orgasm is for the flesh,
beatitude is for the spirit; between the two, beatitude is
superior and eternal.)

The wellness of our body becomes optimal depending on the
judicious use of this Vindhu.
A Healthy body helps assure a healthy mind.

A healthy mind leads to overall health and wellness of
the family.

If the wellness of our family is great, the relationship
with other families shines.

This wellness extends to and augments the welfare of our
country. If we waste the body-nourishing White Corpuscles beyond
moderation, first the loss of memory creeps in. Also, an
annoying dry cough takes place.

These are the initial warnings given by the body.

These White Corpuscles are the repository of the Mantra
Japa.

Example: If you do Mantra Japa for an hour or ten minutes
every day, the power of the Mantra Japa accumulates in these
White Corpuscles.

When this repository overflows, our Dōṣās and the
impediments from the nine planets leave.

If you waste the White Corpuscles beyond moderation, the
power of the Mantra Japa dissipates with no benefits.

This surprising truth discovered by our Siddhars during
their spiritual pursuits after much research from time
immemorial.

Let us nurture our health. Let us get limitless divine
powers. This what Tirumular means when he says, I nourished my
body and soul.

Sveta =
white = Vita Fluid of the male. Sona = red = menstrual blood = ovum. In Tantric
(Hindu) thought, menstrual blood is equated to ovum. Labial
mounds form the alter; the vaginal pit is the abode of fire
which is kept alive by the pouring of clarified butter which is
the Sveta Bindu; the fire is generated by friction of two sticks
which are the phallus and the vaginal vault. The White and the
Red come to a confluence; the fire is Bhoga or sexual pleasure.
This confluence on the cosmic scale gives rise to
Tattvas, the
building blocks of the universe. In this context, carnal
pleasure is the "lite" version of Bliss; spiritual ascent as
opposed to the rise of flesh is eternal and not evanescent and
momentary; it leads to liberation (Moksa). Experiencing sexual
bliss gives an inkling of the immensity of spiritual Bliss. The
sexual energy is transmuted from the physical to the spiritual.
Once the Sadaka has attained perfection, the sticks become
quiescent; the fire dies; there is merger of individual soul
with the Great Soul. This perfection takes the practitioner from
the state of Sadhaka to Siddha, from the external to the
internal, from the libidinal to the liminal, from lust and
libido to universal love, from the physical to the metaphysical,
from the phenomenal to the transcendental, and from woman to
goddess.

union is a weak emulation of union of Siva and Sakti. Siva as an
ithyphallic Yogi conserves his energy and thus able to achieve
his normal superconscious state. The erect phallus
(Urdhva-linga) in the ithyphallic Yogi reaches to the level of
the navel, indicating the upward ascent and conservation of the
seeds, while ordinary mortals expend their seeds from the
erect but pendent phallus. One
is ascent and the other is descent. Ascent is transcendent and
liberating and descent is mundane and binding. It is said that
the seed ascends up the vertebral column (Kundalini Chakras)
through Brahma Randhra (anterior fontanel) and becomes the
horned crescent moon of Siva and a pile of matted hair as on
Siva's head. This is transmutation of seeds into moon and matted
hair.
